Green Auto Parts hereby warrants to the buyer that all parts are serviceable and functional. If a part is found to be defective within 30 days from date of purchase, Green Auto Parts shall at its discretion provide a replacement.

No replacement or returns on any electrical parts.

Parts returned for whatever reason are subject to a minimum of a 25% restocking fee charge, and the remaining balance will be in-store credit only. All returned parts must be accompanied by a sales receipt.

1. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage and/or any other cost for installing or reinstalling a part or parts.
2. Exchange parts must be turned in at time of purchase, or a core charge will be made. The core charge will be refunded if the exchanged part(s) is returned to Green Auto Parts within 30 days. Refund of the core will not include sales tax.
3. All parts must be professionally installed by a manufacturer-certified mechanic or shop following all manufacturer specifications for fluid level, type, brand, and procedures to carry a valid warranty.
4. Engines are guaranteed not to have cracked heads and blocks. Engines sold as long block assemblies (unless otherwise noted) consist of a head, block, crank, pistons, and rods. Any additional parts left on engines are to be considered left for customer convenience — no adjustments are made for differences, lack of, or labor involving such items. We do not guarantee against oil leaks. New seals, gaskets, timing belts/chains, and water pumps must be installed to have a valid warranty. Some motors and cylinder heads have heat tabs installed on them — if the center of the heat tab is melted out, the guarantee is voided.
5. Transmissions, transaxles, and differentials are guaranteed to work properly and be free of cracked casings. New filters and proper fluid must be used to have a valid warranty.
6. The warranty shall be voided if the part or parts are not returned to us in the same condition in which they were sold, or do not bear the identifying mark which appears on all Green Auto Parts parts. All returned parts must be accompanied by a sales receipt. We shall not be responsible for any parts which have been altered, modified (including body work), disassembled, or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase. All parts are guaranteed for stock installation.

The seller, Green Auto Parts, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Green Auto Parts neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of these parts. We are not responsible for any loss caused from installation, removal, repair, replacement, or use of this merchandise. Thank you.
